While Kuils River still has ‘cow crossings’ and grilles on some of its outlying roads, the town has
recently welcomed a significant number of developments that have increased the variety of
properties for sale and to rent. From compact houses in secure estates to double-storey family

Kuils River is a 30-minute drive from Cape Town, and closer still to Cape Town International Airport,
and is often referred to as ‘the gateway’ to the Western Cape’s wine routes. While accessible, a large

the splendour that this beautiful land has to offer.
